被害者の訴え:貴金属とクレジットカードを石上洋に盗まれた

A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge has rejected CPA Hiroshi Ishigami’s request for financial compensation at a small claims court hearing July 26th. Hiroshi Ishigami who was appearing in the court over allegations of unauthorized use of credit cards had requested that his ( Ishigami ) female companion, Ms. Ai Fujiwara be compensated for her appearance as witness. The Judge ruled that Ishigami’s request will not be granted since the court essentially lacked jurisdiction over the substantive suit. Some court observers told SouthBay Court News that Ishigami was wrong in procedure to have made such a request since he was not formally recognized as an advocate for Fujiwara at the hearing. Approached by the media after the court session, Ishigami ran into his car as an independent TV crew attempted to interview him about the case. Ishigami was said to have slammed the door of his car as he sped away. Earlier during the court session, the plaintiff in the case Ms. Rieko Ishigami alleged that CPA Hiroshi stole her jewelries and credit cards. Rieko told the court : he ( Ishigami ) was “ violently threatening “ hence I kept quiet while he illegally expended my assets. Development : For next week, SouthBay Court News will publish a special 2-page edition : topics include“poison in your lipsticks – the deadly and illegal game of the cosmetic and beauty industry. “Also, there is an upcoming story about alleged “ human trafficking “ and labor law violations by the company of Ishigami, Ishigami,& Ochi LLP.

Torrance-based CPA Hiroshi Ishigami to Appear on National TV Shows
Over Allegation of Unauthorized Use of Credit Cards.

Does the California Board of Accountancy have a role in this matter?

Media channels of various outreaches, including the nationally- syndicated court TV program, “Judge Judy” have indicated interest in the case involving a Torrance-based accountant and principal partner in the firm of Ishigami, Ishigami & Ochi LLP.

The case was originally filed at (Torrance) Los Angeles Superior Court, by one of the wives from whom Ishigami recently separated. South Bay Court News also gathered that an intern working at the Ishigami’s firm has been issued a subpoena to appear as a witness in the case.

Investigations indicate that journalists from various independent media as well as civil/human rights groups have requested to interview the plaintiff in this matter. One of the community group representatives said that the case “...allegedly contains elements of gross domestic abuse, brute chauvinism and flagrant human rights violations in the way that Ishigami obtained the use of the credit cards.”

SouthBay Court News also gathered that students from universities and college campuses, particularly members of the Japanese students clubs (from which the accountancy firm recruits interns) have been invited to attend the court session on July 26th. (Venue and time for the
court is detailed below). Some accountants and business organizations in the South Bay are also, reportedly, interested in attending the hearing.

Venue & Time for hearing:

July 26, 2010 @ 01:30 pm
Superior Court of California
Torrance Courthouse
825 Maple Ave., Torrance, CA 90503
Department 008
Case Number: SBA 10S01173
